Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online communities, and driving strategies to support brand awareness and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and post high-quality, original, and catchy content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.) that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
Take, edit, and produce videos and photos for social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Utilize editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and other relevant apps to create compelling content.
Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond promptly to comments and messages to build strong online communities.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop content that supports sales and promotional activities.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a business or brand context.
Strong creative skills with the ability to take and edit high-quality photos and videos.
Proficiency in using editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and other content creation software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create catchy, engaging, and sales-driven content.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to improve results.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
