Job Description

• A marketing manager develops and implements marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services, drive brand awareness, and increase sales.
• They are responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing their performance, and managing a team to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Content Creation:
  • Developing compelling marketing content, such as website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
• Team Leadership:
  • Managing and mentoring marketing teams, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Budget Management:
  • Assisting in the creation and tracking of marketing budgets.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing campaigns for better results.
• Staying Updated:
  • Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Developing Marketing Strategies:
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Market Research:
  • Identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and understanding competitive landscapes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3 - 6 experience.
• Proven track record of sales and return on investment.
• Prior experience managing sales department.
• The applicants must stay around Ikeja and its axis as he/she will be covering our center at Agege, Ilupeju. Oke odo, and ikorodu.
