Background

• Our client in Abuja is seeking to engage a seasoned and highly driven Senior Brand Sales Executive with a strong background in high-end sales and client relationship management.
• The successful candidate will lead sales and client engagement efforts targeted at high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), diplomats, and corporate clients.

Objectives of the Role

• The core objective is to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and deliver premium customer experiences that align with the values and prestige of the luxury brand.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly luxury sales targets.
• Identify and nurture relationships with high-value clients, including HNIs and corporate buyers.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences, including bespoke consultations and private product viewings.
• Represent the brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and private showcases.
• Monitor market trends and provide timely feedback to improve products, marketing, and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to enhance product positioning and visibility.
• Provide after-sales support and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Deliverables

• Achievement of monthly sales targets within assigned segments.
• Growth in HNI client portfolio and repeat purchase rates.
• Monthly sales performance reports and customer feedback.
• Participation and successful conversion from exclusive brand events.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of verifiable experience in luxury sales (e.g., auto, fashion, real estate, watches, jewellery).
• Deep understanding of the luxury consumer journey and expectations.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and personal grooming.

Compensation & Benefits

• Net monthly salary: N500,000 - N800,000, based on experience and capability.
• Commission on sales
