Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help expand our reach in the immigration and education consulting market.
This role is perfect for a relationship-building professional who is passionate about helping people achieve their immigration goals while driving business growth.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market position in the competitive immigration services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients seeking immigration and education services
Build relationships with potential clients through networking, community events, and referral programs
Connect qualified prospects with licensed immigration consultants for proper consultations
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
Partnership Development:
Establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and community organizations
Build relationships with overseas education agents and immigration consultants
Develop referral networks with lawyers, accountants, and other professional service providers
Represent at immigration fairs, education exhibitions, and community events.
Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities in different countries and regions
Develop marketing strategies targeted at specific demographics and nationalities
Conduct market research on immigration trends and competitor activities
Create and implement campaigns to reach potential immigrants in key source countries.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the immigration process
Identify opportunities for additional services (family reunification, citizenship applications, etc.).
Brand Representation & Marketing:
Represent with Insights at community events and professional gatherings
Develop content for social media platforms and marketing materials
Contribute to webinars, seminars, and educational workshops
Enhance company visibility within immigrant communities and professional networks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields
3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience working with diverse, multicultural clientele
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in immigration services, consulting, or related industry
Strong understanding of the immigration system and processes (preferred)
Multilingual capabilities
Knowledge of international education systems and credential recognition
Experience with immigration software and case management systems
Established network within immigrant communities or professional associations
Previous experience in client-facing roles within professional services.
