We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a proactive Farm Sales Executive to drive sales of our farm products, build new business relationships, and manage existing clients.
  • The role combines both desk-based coordination and significant fieldwork to connect customers with high-quality farm produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Drive profitable sales of farm produce, meeting or exceeding set targets.
  • Develop a customer portfolio through networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Use modern technology to support and enhance sales activities.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services.
  • Implement approved sales plans, field strategies, and programs.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade expos to expand networks.
  • Maintain accurate expense and activity records

Skills and Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant field.
  • Strong listening, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Quick thinking with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Basic driving skills required.
  • Prior sales or business development experience in the agro-allied industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
