Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our team to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence.
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating high-value deals, and working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• You will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business plans.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short- and long-term business development goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build pipelines.
• Mentor and support junior BD staff; contribute to the development of team best practices and processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• HND/B.Sc Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in a consulting firm
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
