Job Title: Inventory Officer (Male)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to oversee and manage inventory levels, track deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock.
• The ideal candidate will play a vital role in optimizing inventory management processes, reducing discrepancies, and maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile stock records with warehouse reports
• Track and record inventory usage, movement, and adjustments
• Ensure accurate documentation of stock receipts, returns, and dispatches
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory rotation
• Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete stock
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning stock replenishment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory management systems and reports
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective inventory management
• Enforce compliance with company inventory policies and procedures

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1–2 years proven experience in inventory or stock control
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
