Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Independent Agent Assistant to support our real estate agents in the sales, lease, rent, and valuation of residential and commercial properties.
• As an Independent Agent Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate business, providing administrative support, and assisting agents with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Conducting property valuations.
• Generating brief
• Facilitate sales and Property Listings portfolio:
  • Assist agents in creating and updating property listings on various platforms..
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in property data, descriptions, and images.
• Client Management:
  • Manage client inquiries and respond to emails, calls, and messages.
  • Schedule viewings, meetings, and open houses.
• Schedule and Conduct Property Inspections:
  • Gather data on comparable properties and market trends.
• Negotiate Offers.
• Listing properties:
  • Creating detailed listing with photos/videos and description for online platform and other advertising channel
• Marketing and Promotion:
  • Assist agents in creating marketing materials, such as property brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Help promote properties on various platforms.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage agent schedules, calendars, and databases.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Experience: Prior experience in real estate, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
