We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

• The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote the company products.
• This role involves market research, campaign creation, site visitations, brand management and collaboration with the sales team to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote security doors and wood joinery products.
• Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor sales efforts
• monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print)
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjustment strategies as needed.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products

Sales support:

• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the sales team to improve product offerings and sales team to improve product offerings and sales tactics
• Preparing sales presentations and proposals for potential clients

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders 
• Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 7 years in field of marketing
• Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, strategies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Marketing certification is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English.
