Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and nurturing Live-In Nanny to provide full-time care for children ranging from toddlers to school-aged.
• The ideal candidate must have prior live-in nanny experience in a private home setting and possess a deep passion for childcare, development, and well-being.
• The role requires someone who is energetic, proactive, and committed to creating a safe, structured, and loving environment for the children. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who values stability, responsibility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-time care of children including toddlers and school-aged kids
• Manage daily routines including waking, dressing, school prep, drop-offs/pick-ups, nap times, and bedtime
• Engage children in meaningful, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Support with homework and educational play
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain tidiness in the children’s rooms, play areas, and belongings
• Handle children’s laundry and personal items
• Monitor growth and development milestones and communicate with parents
• Enforce positive discipline methods agreed upon with the family
• Accompany children to extracurricular activities or medical appointments if needed
• Provide overnight care during parents’ travel or emergencies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a live-in nanny in a private home
• Experience caring for both toddlers and school-age children
• Patient, kind, and highly responsible with a strong moral character
• Must be proactive, well-organized, and emotionally intelligent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute stimulating activities and routines
• Ability to cook simple, healthy meals for children
• Knowledge of basic first aid; CPR certification is an advantage
• Must be willing to live-in and work flexibly, including weekends if required
• Non-smoker preferred
• Must provide verifiable references and undergo background checks
• Accommodation Provided:
• Private, secure, and well-furnished living quarters
• All meals and utilities.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
