Role Overview

• We're looking for a Business Development & Field Content Creator to help us promote, market, and sell real estate properties through powerful on-site videos and strategic online engagement.
• If you're great at talking to people, love exploring new places, and can create exciting content using your phone, this role is for you!.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit property locations to create high-quality short videos (walkthroughs, interviews, area highlights, etc.)
• Source, identify, and film marketable properties and listings for Amoga_Realty
• Post and promote videos across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and more
• Engage with potential buyers online and offline to drive inquiries and close deals
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, property owners, and developers
• Consistently share reports and updates on leads, visits, and customer feedback
• Represent the Amoga_Realty brand with professionalism during all field visits

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience. 
• Someone based in Nigeria with the ability to move around (field mobility is key)
• A smartphone with good camera quality and basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Social media-savvy and understands how to post engaging, timely content
• Confidence to speak in front of the camera and on-site
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven mindset with interest in real estate or lifestyle marketing
• Ability to work independently and report remotely

Logistics:

• All transport / logistics for field visits will be covered by the company.

Salary

• N50,000 per month + 5% Commission on Each Sale. 

Compensation:

• Commission: 5% on every property sale you close
• Logistics: Company will cover transport/logistics for all approved field visits
• Flexibility: Work on your schedule, but must meet weekly content and sales targets.
