Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Aboru - Iyana Ipaja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed product information and offer recommendations when needed.
• Liaise with the production and delivery team to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with all customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Qualifications: OND, HND, or BSc
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.

Salary
N80,000 per month + Accomodation.
