Job Title: Server

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As a Server at Curlla Luxury Salon, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients in the lounge and service areas.
• You will be responsible for providing a seamless guest experience by offering refreshments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a professional and luxurious atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and offer water, tea, coffee, or other approved refreshments.
• Ensure the client lounge, salon floor, and refreshment areas are always tidy and presentable.
• Restock refreshment supplies and report shortages to the Admin or Facility Manager.
• Assist with light cleaning duties when necessary, including clearing trays and cleaning service areas.
• Support stylists and front desk staff during peak hours with customer needs.
• Communicate politely and professionally with clients at all times.
• Monitor and report any client complaints or concerns to the supervisor or manager immediately.
• Adhere strictly to company grooming and hygiene policies.
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and periodic training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and client-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Well-groomed with a neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates residing around the Island is an added advantage
• Professional Appearance: A high standard of personal grooming and dress sense is essential to represent the salon's luxury image.
