Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily departmental activities and ensure that staff perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
The Supervisor will work directly under the direction and description of the Managing Director, supporting leadership efforts to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
Job Description
The Supervisor serves as the link between management and frontline staff, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving the day-to-day operations of their assigned unit or department.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Supervisor must ensure tasks are carried out in line with company standards, policies, and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director in executing daily operational goals and strategies
Supervise and coordinate staff activities and shift schedules
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Provide feedback, training, and support to team members as needed
Handle minor staff grievances or escalate issues to the Managing Director when necessary
Ensure customer service excellence and respond to client complaints promptly
Maintain accurate records of attendance, tasks, and reports for management review
Conduct daily briefings and submit daily reports to the Managing Director
Identify areas for improvement and recommend operational adjustments
Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across assigned departments
Educational Qualifications
Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND)
A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Experience in hospitality or service-based industries preferred
Proven record of managing teams and maintaining service quality
Job Requirements:
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
Must be respectful, disciplined, and a team leader
Must demonstrate loyalty and confidentiality to the Managing Director’s office
Must reside within Aba or be willing to relocate
