Call for Expression of Interest (CFEOI) - Vendor Registration at Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF)

Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) is a nonprofit non-governmental national organization established in Nigeria in July 2014 with the aim to improve the lives of people through effective and efficient humanitarian and developmental assistance in communities where such supports are essentially necessary within Nigeria. Through international and national networking, LPF provided humanitarian and developmental assistance to individuals, families, schools, Health facilities, and communities in more than twelve (12) states within Nigeria regardless of their ethnicity, political and religious affiliation. LPF fundamentally intervenes in multi-sectoral humanitarian activities majoring in Protection, Health, Food Security & Livelihood, Education, Nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions, and other Cross-Sectoral areas.

Description

• The CFEOI seeks to identify and expand the pool of qualified vendors interested in participating in future procurement processes with Lindi Peace Foundation’s Nigeria mission. All eligible vendors or companies registered in Nigeria and operating in the Country are invited to apply for the following categories:

Category 1: Services

Category 2: Supplies

• In respect to this call, priority will be given to Companies / Vendors operating at LPF’s operational locations in the Northeast - Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, and Yobe States; and in Northwest - Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara States.

Completed, signed, stamped, and dated forms should be submitted via: tender@lindiipeacefoundation.org using Category Name and Code (E.g. "LPF/Supplies/01Medical supplies, Equipment and pharmaceutical") as the subject of the mail. For multiple expression of Interest, vendors can write all the categories on the subject without the title (E.g ., "LPF/Supplies/01, 03, 09 and LPF/Services/02, 05, 08”….).

• Completed LPF Master Terms and Conditions (Signed)
• LPF Code of Conduct (Signed)
• Annex 1 - Mandatory Document Checklist (Completed).
