Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager - Travel & Experiences

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our brand growth, digital campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive trip bookings and brand awareness.
Identify and close business leads.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Manage content creation and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and newsletters.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
Build partnerships with influencers, travel bloggers, and lifestyle brands.
Track and report on key metrics, including CAC, engagement, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to align marketing with trip launches.

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years of marketing experience (travel, lifestyle, or consumer brand preferred).
Knows how to build and manage a sales funnel—from lead generation to booking.
Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
Strong grasp of SEO and email marketing.
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Passion for travel, culture, and building community.
