Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff including cooks, food preparers, and dishwashers.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor food portions and waste to minimize costs.
• Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new kitchen staff and provide continuous guidance to existing team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and report any malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Maintain records of food production, stock, and wastage.
