We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager / Revenue Growth Strategist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
Sales Management:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for land sales, including identifying potential customers, building relationships, and leveraging networks.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Revenue Growth Strategy:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the land sales market.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to develop competitive advantages.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with market demand and competition.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the development team to create attractive land packages, amenities, and services that meet customer needs and drive sales.

Performance Optimization:

  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition costs, and sales conversion rates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize sales efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform sales strategies, optimize sales performance, and drive revenue growth.

Strategic Planning:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that can drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with sales goals and target audience needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and increase market share.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize investments to drive sales growth and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
