We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• The ideal candidate is energetic, well-spoken, attentive to detail, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking in with guests during their experience
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the shift
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience
• Process bills and payments efficiently, using the POS system
• Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, escalating issues when needed
• Work closely with other floor staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer-facing roles in hospitality
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus
• Team player, punctual, and dependable
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
