H. M Plast - The company is involved in the sales of inverters, batteries, solar panels, and UPS systems.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Identify Sales Opportunities:

• Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs effectively.

Product/Service Promotion:

• Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company’s offerings.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Create strategic action plans to reach high-performing sales goals.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

• Prepare and deliver competitive quotes and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales with professionalism and integrity.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
• Provide feedback to the company on market demands, customer behavior, and competitors’ actions.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

Post-Sales Support:

• Ensure timely delivery of products/services sold.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to align on business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Territory or Sector Management (if applicable):
• Manage assigned sales territory or industry sector effectively.
• Plan and execute field visits when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
