We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lekki phase1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Planning:
  Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.

• Tender Management:
  Assist with tender documentation, pricing, and evaluation of contractor bids.

• Contract Administration:
  Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Financial Control:
  Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and conduct cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

• Valuation & Payments:
  Prepare interim valuations and payment applications for work completed; assess and certify subcontractor payments.

• Risk & Value Management:
  Identify project risks, recommend cost-saving measures, and ensure project value is maximized.

• Project Reporting:
  Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts upon project completion.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all cost-related operations comply with legal and contractual obligations.
