Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a creative and organized Content Creator who can manage, produce, and edit legal and business-focused content across our digital platforms and manage our social media pages.
• The ideal candidate must be proficient in videography, graphics, and content strategy, with an understanding of professional services branding (especially legal or corporate sectors).

Key Responsibilities
Working with lawyers in the Firm, you will be responsible for one or more of the following:

• Film and edit short legal videos, thought leadership clips, and firm updates
• Design branded graphics and infographics for posts, brochures, and client alerts
• Create LinkedIn-native video series (e.g., 60–90 sec videos explaining legal concepts)
• Collaborate with lawyers to convert legal opinions into digestible visual content
• Capture and edit content from events, panels, client trainings, and interviews
• Manage firm’scontent calendar and assist with digital marketing strategy
• Ensure all content reflects our professional tone and visual brand
• Managing the Client's social media pages

Requirements​​​​​

• A First Degree in any course. Law graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years experience in content creation (preferably, in legal, consulting, or finance, but not mandatorily)
• Excellent writing, listening and communication skills
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite(Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Video scripting, shooting, and editing
• Strong copywriting skills for short captions and post intros
• Eye for clean, corporate, professional design
• Ability to film and edit short video clips quickly
• Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Bonus: Experience working in/with a law firm or professional services company
• Understands how to present serious topics in simple, engaging visuals
• Has a “business-meets-creative” mindset
• Familiar with LinkedIn and YouTube video best practices
• Comfortable working with senior professionals and tight briefs
