We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base.
  • The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Present and sell company products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 (Net) + 5% commission Monthly
