We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance, repairs and renovation of buildings and estates.
• Meet with owners to discuss plans and general estate requirements.
• Ensuring generation of funds via payment of dues.
• Bringing innovation to foster development within the estates.
• Keep detailed records and documentation.
• Creative and intuitive thinker and problem – solver.
• Supervise all Estate employees.
• Ensure compliance to applicable codes, procedures and legislation including health and safety.
• Constant communication with estate clients
• Clients issues resolution.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
