Eden-UK Pharmaceuticals is a reputable pharmaceutical company that was incorporated in 2014, present in the 36 state of the federation including FCT. It has over 30 products. Their drugs are streamlined into anti-malaria, anti-biotics,anti-hypertensive and other rage of theurapetic drugs,surgical products and medical devices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource / Administrative Assistant

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR / Admin Assistant will provide critical support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration department.
  • This includes assisting with recruitment, employee records, office management, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and people-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Help coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and other HR programs.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle routine inquiries related to HR processes and benefits.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and records.
  • Support general office administration, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and facility management.
  • Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and employee support services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software/systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
