Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

• The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and employees.
• This role is responsible for managing the front office efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when necessary.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers and distribute them promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
• Support onboarding process for new hires by welcoming them and providing orientation materials.
