Job Title: Financial Advisor / Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Financial Advisor/Sales Executive at Leadway.
• The role involves providing financial planning, retirement planning, insurance, and investment advice to clients. While the location is in Lagos, some work from home flexibility is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concern, build and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients while providing high level of expertise.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 3 years work experience.
• He/she must reside in Lagos.
• He / She must have good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.
• Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
• Experience in Finance and Insurance
• Knowledge of Investments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Content creation skills and digital marketing skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
