Job Title: Fiber Installation Technician

Location: Lagos

Summary

• Our client is currently seeking for a highly motivated and technically Fiber Installation Support Technician.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of fiber optic systems, be physically fit and able to work fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist fiber installation teams with day-to-day deployment tasks.
• Lay and manage High-Density Polyetgylene(HDPE) ducts to protect and organize cables.
• Remove interlocks and other physical obstructions to facilitate smooth cable routing .
• ⁠Provide on-site field support for installations, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Follow all company and industry safety protocols during field work.
• Accurately document all work done, including cables paths, duct layouts and challenges encountered.

Requirements

• OND, HND or B.Sc in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2 years hands on experience in fiber optic cable installation on telecommunications
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
• ⁠Must be physically fit.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
