Job Summary

• The Customer Service Representative is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction through their experience with Bankyloolas products and services.
• This role focuses on building robust client relationships, offering continuous support, and proactively working with the online order takers and the digital marketing team to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
• This comprehensive framework empowers the Customer Success Officer at Bankyloolas to effectively drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions promptly.
• Cold calling new and existing customers, ensuring they are familiar with our products and services.
• Collaborate with the online order takers and the digital marketing officer to improve overall service delivery.
• Manage customer data, profile update, and growth opportunities to drive profitable engagement.
• Collate and curate a birthday and anniversary promo for customers using the database.
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer success metrics to management.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to the product development team to improve customer experience and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
