• If yes, this opportunity is for you. We are seeking an experienced Legal and Contracts Administrator to join our growing team in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of agreements including vendor contracts, client agreements, service contracts, NDAs, tenancy agreements, and more.
• Managing the full contract lifecycle — from initiation to execution, renewal, and termination.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Collaborating with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to align contract terms with organizational goals.
• Identifying legal risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary.
• Supporting policy development and delivering legal/compliance training to staff

Qualifications

• A qualified legal practitioner (Bar admission – BL required).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management or corporate legal practice.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and commercial legal frameworks.
• Experience working within or for companies in the Oil & Gas industry (preferred).
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and confident in advising senior stakeholders
