Job Description

• As Finance Director in a dynamic outsourcing environment, you will lead the financial operations of the organization, ensuring strategic alignment between financial goals and service delivery objectives.
• You will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, pricing models, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and experience managing finance in a fast-paced, contract-driven business model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company’s outsourcing growth model.
• Provide financial insights and forecasts to guide commercial decision-making and new contract bids.
• Advise executive leadership on financial risks, opportunities, and sustainability.
• Manage the annual budgeting process across multiple outsourcing units (e.g., HR, IT, BPO).
• Oversee cost control initiatives and margin optimization for outsourced services.
• Analyze and track performance of service-level agreements (SLAs) against financial KPIs.
• Work closely with business development and operations teams on pricing models for client proposals.
• Ensure contract profitability through thorough financial modeling and margin analysis.
• Monitor contract variations and manage client billing structures effectively.
• Produce timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and audit requirements.
• Lead external audit processes and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Manage company cash flow, client payment schedules, and supplier obligations.
• Optimize working capital through receivables and payables management.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team across locations (if applicable).
• Partner with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Business Development to align financial practices with company goals.

Key Requirements
Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Recognized professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or business (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in an outsourcing, BPO, or service-based business.
• Experience working with multi-client contracts, pricing, and SLA performance metrics.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of outsourcing industry dynamics (e.g., staff cost modelling, client churn, delivery costs).
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to partner with non-finance teams.
• Proficiency with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

N1,500,000 - N1,800,000 / Month
