Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director / Head of Sales to drive enterprise client acquisition and develop high-impact partnerships with a focus on the UK clients.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the BPO industry, strong expertise in digital B2B sales, and a proven ability to grow a global sales pipeline through tech-enabled channels.
This leadership role requires a blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and digital fluency to expand the company’s footprint across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a scalable sales and partnerships strategy targeting UK-based enterprises and outsourcing aggregators.
Drive digital lead generation and conversion using LinkedIn, B2B marketplaces, CRM systems, and automated outreach tools.
Lead and develop the internal sales and business development team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Identify, structure, and negotiate long-term outsourcing contracts and partnerships with enterprise clients.
Represent the BPO brand at international events, online summits, and client-facing demos.
Collaborate closely with operations, client onboarding, and delivery teams to ensure service readiness and satisfaction.
Expand the company’s visibility through digital thought leadership, case studies, webinars, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Analyze market intelligence and sales performance data to refine strategy and improve close rates.
Monitor competitor activity and evolving outsourcing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline health reports, and strategic updates to the executive team.
Core Competencies
Deep understanding of BPO services, value propositions, and international outsourcing dynamics.
Strong grasp of digital sales tools and B2B selling techniques in global markets.
Demonstrated success in acquiring large outsourcing contracts and building long-term client relationships.
Proven ability to lead consultative sales cycles with C-level stakeholders across the UK and other intermnational markets.
Strong alliance-building capabilities experience establishing reseller, referral, and aggregator partnerships.
High proficiency in using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
Strategic mindset with the ability to match BPO offerings to specific client needs across industries.
Results-oriented with excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years experience in enterprise B2B sales, including at least 3 years in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
MBA or advanced business qualification (desirable, but not mandatory).
Track record of building and converting a global pipeline through tech-enabled sales approaches.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, prospecting tools, and sales engagement systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for international audiences.
