Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our 5-star fine dining restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury service, culinary excellence, and team leadership.
• You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering impeccable guest experiences, and driving business performance in alignment with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to uphold the highest service and hospitality standards.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, wine pairings, and all product offerings to confidently engage with guests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards in all guest areas.
• Manage reservations, guest seating, and service flow to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back-of-house.
• Monitor restaurant KPIs such as guest satisfaction, sales, cost control, and staff productivity.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and labor cost control.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and hygiene standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive business and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and staff development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or 5-star restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined sense of etiquette and guest handling.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
