Job Title: Brand Owner

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Brand Owner, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned fashion brand(s) within the company.
• The role focuses on product strategy, sales optimization, inventory control, and brand positioning to ensure profitable outcomes.
• The Brand Owner is expected to take full ownership of the performance and representation of their brand(s), from creation to market delivery, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work with production and design teams to develop fashion items aligned with brand vision.
• Create and implement brand positioning, messaging, and identity strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform branding decisions.
• Monitor brand performance through KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Lead brand storytelling through advertising, digital content, packaging, and PR efforts.
• Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations aligned with brand values.
• Manage the brand calendar, campaign timelines, and asset development.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external communications.
• Report regularly on brand health, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to guide brand strategies.
• Drive promotional plans, marketing activities, and go-to-market strategies for each brand.
• Develop product pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing Teams to ensure brand visibility and sales growth.
• Monitor brand performance using key metrics (sales, engagement, customer feedback).
• Identify and engage strategic partnerships or influencers to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain consistent brand experience across all customer touch points—online and offline.
• Submit monthly brand performance reports to management, including sales analysis and growth initiatives.
• Attend exhibitions, fashion events, or trade shows to promote and grow brand presence.
• Support photoshoots, brand campaigns, and content creation activities.
• Ensure stock levels of branded products are optimal across stores and digital platforms.
• Uphold brand quality standards and ensure product delivery aligns with customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Brand Management or Fashion Retail are a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably in Fashion or Retail.
• Result/customer-oriented with a passion for fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing and fashion trend analysis.
