Summary
We are looking for Business Operations Associates to be a part of our service delivery team.
This is not a typical, single-function role. An ideal candidate will be a versatile "Swiss Army knife," with blended responsibilities of a Data Processor, a Customer First Contact, and a Finance Assistant.
You will be responsible for the core processes that ensure our clients receive a magical and seamless experience.
You will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with the CEO.
What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities)
Client Data Integrity:
Serve as the central point for receiving all client documents through our dedicated channels.
Ensure clients’ data is meticulously organized, secure, and prepared for processing with 100% accuracy.
Process financial transactions with a high degree of precision and care.
Customer Success & Engagement:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing friendly, professional, and timely support that builds trust and loyalty.
Proactively communicate with clients, sending reminders for document submission and other important deadlines.
Assist in the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring they have a fantastic first impression of Ledgerly.
Finance & Admin Support:
Assist with performing monthly bank reconciliations.
Prepare basic financial report packages for review by a senior analyst.
Manage the scheduling of "Free Business Growth Audit" calls for the CEO.
Maintain and update our client database.
Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)
A degree in Accounting/Finance, an accounting qualification (like ICAN ATS), or demonstrable experience is essential.
You have proven knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting.
This is a critical requirement.

What We Offer
A Probationary Starting Salary: A monthly salary range of N40,000 - N70,000 (With added benefits)
