Job Brief

• A reputable Hotel in Ikoyi is looking for a professional Operations/shift Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s daily operations during a specific shift, ensuring efficiency, managing staff, handling customer issues, and maintaining productivity and quality standards within its facility or business.
• The operations manager’s role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.

Job Description

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Hotel Management, Business Administration or similar field.
• Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role with minimum experience of 5 - 7 years.
• Cogent experience with hotel management in Lagos and Abuja.
• Competent with Microsoft packages.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Salary
N180,000 - N220,000 monthly.
