Job Summary

• As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll support both the talent sourcing and business development sides of our work.
• You’ll help us build and manage client relationships while finding the right candidates for open roles.
• You’ll also manage our social media channels and help shape our brand voice.

Key Responsiblities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across industries
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and client updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Manage the company social media presence and develop engaging recruitment-related content
• Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a related field (internship experience counts)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A self-starter with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media tools
• Creative eye for content creation (Canva or similar tools a plus)
• Passion for talent, startups, and growing something from scratch
