Job Title: Beverage Storekeeper

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Beverage Store Keeper to manage and oversee our beverage inventory, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movements, and purchase requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and labeling of all beverage items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Work closely with F&B managers, suppliers, and procurement to ensure timely restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage storage area.
• Monitor product shelf life and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Enforce health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a beverage store or stock-keeping role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of beverage types, brands, and storage requirements.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (POS or ERP preferred etc.)
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy stock items.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
