We are the place for you, if:
You are a strategic security leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and risk management, capable of envisioning and executing a cybersecurity strategy that both protects critical systems and enables innovation.
You are passionate about building a security-first culture across an organization, excel at communicating complex security concepts to executives, regulators, and non-technical audiences, and are comfortable making high-stakes decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
You stay ahead of emerging cyber threats, translating them into proactive defense measures, and you have a growth mindset.
This job is perfect for you if you:
Thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and risk management.
Want to shape a security-first culture that supports innovation, not stifles it.
Translate complex security threats into clear, executive-ready decisions.
Stay three steps ahead of emerging cyber risks—and act before they escalate.
Want to build a legacy in cybersecurity while powering financial inclusion in Africa.
You will not enjoy this job if you:
Prefer rigid structures over fast-moving, evolving environments.
Struggle to make independent decisions or take ownership under pressure.
Need constant handholding instead of leading with confidence and clarity.
View compliance as a box to check, not a strategic business enabler.
Are uncomfortable challenging the status quo or influencing senior stakeholders.
Benefits
Build a security program from the ground up with full executive support.
Earn competitive compensation plus bonuses.
Gain global exposure by working with top cybersecurity frameworks and partners.
Lead with autonomy while embedding security into every layer of the business.
Drive impact in a purpose-driven fintech shaping the future of financial inclusion in Africa.
