Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Assistant Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and contributing to the smooth operation of our storage facility.

Responsibilities

• To maintain the Warehouse and Finished Goods area clean and presentable for audit.
• To follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in the warehouse.
• Receipt of Raw materials and Packing materials, and prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
• Recording of Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Differential Pressure in stores and the Finished Goods area.
• Arrangements of Raw material and Packing material in stores according to the status, i.e, under test, approved, rejected, and Quarantine, etc.
• Dispensing and issue of Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department as per respective Batch manufacturing and Packing record.
• Filling the Equipment Logbooks and area logbooks, and entries in the Batch manufacturing and Packing record after dispensing.
• To perform the Calibration and Verification of Weighing balances.
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) in the warehouse.
• Manpower handling in the warehouse department.
• Physical verification of stocks as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Follow up with the Quality Control department for timely sampling and release of materials.
• Preparation of the Standard Operating Procedure related to the warehouse department.
• To provide SOP Training to juniors or new joining persons.
• Responsible for Handling Change control and Deviations.
• Prepare packing list and dispatch plan for Finished Goods and dispatch of Finished Goods.
• Identify the materials that are due for retesting every month and inform the respective authority.
• Handling of Damaged, rejected, and Expired materials in the warehouse.
• To follow the online documentation in the Raw material, Packing material, and Finished Goods store.
• Follow up with the purchase and commercial department for disposal of non-moving, obsolete, and rejected raw and packing materials.
• Temperature mapping in the Stores and Finished Goods area.
• Posting and Transaction of materials in the SAP or ERP system.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Business, Management, Warehousing, or a related field.
• Pharmaceutical experience is a must.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
