Aurora Hills Limited, a property development company located in Lagos, is looking for a well-rounded and experienced Project Manager who has worked with an A grade Property Development Firm to oversee end-to-end delivery—spanning pre‑development, development, and post‑development phases.
Working closely with a core team of engineers, you’ll manage at least 7 projects per year and drive joint‑venture pre‑development work, including initiation, design, tenders, procurement, construction management, and JV proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning And Coordination:
Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with company goals.
Produce viability studies, concept development, and design approvals.
Develop and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
Facilitate seamless communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Project Execution And Monitoring:
Lead execution of multiple concurrent projects across locations.
Ensure adherence to design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Oversee procurement processes, material scheduling, and contractor coordination.
Track site progress through regular status reports and performance tools.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with scope, timelines, and safety standards.
Budget Management:
Maintain control of project budgets and review cost performance regularly.
Optimize resource use to ensure maximum value and efficiency.
Quality Control:
Establish and manage inspection and testing protocols for all project phases.
Ensure all materials and workmanship meet specified quality and regulatory standards.
Manage errors and deviations and ensure corrective actions are promptly applied. Ensure root cause analysis are conducted.
Oversee final quality verifications before handover.
Safety And Compliance:
Enforce compliance with local and international construction and safety regulations.
Oversee regular safety reviews and incident reporting procedures.
Reporting And Documentation:
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports, detailing project milestones, risks, and financial performance.
Ensure complete and accurate project documentation, including compliance certificates, and closeout materials.
Maintain organized records for ongoing reference and audit readiness.
Team Leadership And Development:
Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Support ongoing skill development through training and performance reviews.
Address project-related conflicts to ensure productivity and alignment.
Represent the Company in stakeholder meetings and negotiations.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Eng / B.Sc Degree.
7+ years in project management with an A-grade property developer; multi-site, large-scale delivery
Technical proficiency in pre-, during-, and post-development phases (initiation to construction administration, JV proposals)
In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes, quality and safety regulations
Strategic planning, communication, negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools
