About the Role

• We’re seeking a creative Photographer / Videographer to work with us on a flexible basis.
• You’ll help create photo and video content that showcases our brand, customers, partners, and culture across social media, marketing campaigns, website, and press features.
• You will be responsible for capturing authentic, high-quality visuals that align with our brand’s tone and mission: modern, dynamic, human-centred, African-driven.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Terminal Africa
• Capture behind-the-scenes visuals of our operations, team, partners, and customers
• Produce content for social media, marketing campaigns, website, PR, and internal use
• Create short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with our marketing team
• Attend and cover Terminal Africa events, shoots, and special campaigns as needed
• Organise and manage a library of visual assets for marketing use
• Stay current with photography and video trends, especially within the tech and e-commerce sectors
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all content
• Deliver high-quality edits with quick turnaround.

Qualifications & Skills

• Have 2+ years of experience in photography and video production
• Have your own equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, gimbal, audio, etc.)
• Have strong editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Can shoot in a variety of settings—indoors, outdoors, office, on-location
• Have experience creating content for digital platforms (social, web, mobile)
• Understand the importance of brand tone and visual consistency
• Are creative, adaptable, and full of ideas
• Are great at storytelling through visuals
• Can work independently, but love collaborating with a team
• Are organised and professional—able to deliver projects on time
• Are Lagos-based and available for shoots as needed
• Have experience capturing logistics, e-commerce, or business content (a plus, not required).
