Job Description

• They is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle and performance of our pharmaceutical products.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of product planning, marketing, and sales execution in the pharmaceutical space.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear strategic plan for each product, including market analysis and positioning.
• Design how each product will be sold, identifying the most effective sales channels and customer engagement strategies.
• Determine the right positioning for each product in the market to maximize visibility and acceptance.
• Set and manage the timeline and sales targets for each product, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns that drive product success.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine product strategies.
• Provide training and support to the sales force on product knowledge and selling points.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards related to product promotion.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project planning and product management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
