Blue-Line Consult is a new start-up, building a dynamic healthcare business consultancy for clients, dedicated to helping individuals and organisations set up fully compliant, sustainable, and profitable care-based businesses. We guide aspiring care entrepreneurs through every stage of launching their own healthcare ventures, including Domiciliary Care Agencies, Supported Living Services, and other regulated services under the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are seeking a dynamic, goal-driven and client-focused Sales Executive / Business Developer to drive sales growth, identify new leads, build relationships with prospects, and close sales for our range of care business start-up packages and consultancy services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping nurses, healthcare professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs understand and invest in our services to start Domiciliary Care Agencies, Supported Living Services, and other healthcare ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify, research, and engage new prospects across online and offline channels.
Qualify leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, webinars, or Zoom consultations.
Schedule and conduct sales calls or virtual meetings with interested prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
Educate prospective clients on Blue-Line's services, packages, and value proposition.
Follow up with leads, provide onboarding support, and maintain client satisfaction during the sales cycle.
Build long-term client relationships and secure referrals.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns that drive leads.
Participate in digital campaigns (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) to increase visibility and brand trust.
Represent Blue-Line Consult professionally on webinars, live events, and social platforms.
Reporting & Strategy:
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and conversion metrics using CRM or simple reporting tools.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and potential service improvements.
Help develop and improve sales strategies and funnels for various care business packages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of a BSc Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
1 - 3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in services or education/consulting).
Strong understanding of UK healthcare space, CQC regulations, or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Proficient in using WhatsApp, Zoom, email, Google Docs, and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple prospects at once.
Preferred Qualities:
Passion for helping people achieve life-changing goals (e.g., relocation, business setup).
Trustworthy, with good follow-through and attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup.
Confident, presentable, and people-friendly.
Compensation
Competitive base salary: N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly (negotiable based on experience).
