Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and facility operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and dispatch.
• Optimize warehouse layout and implement efficient processes for maximum productivity and safety.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and manage warehouse teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in warehouse, facility, or logistics operations, with leadership responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, performance metrics, and WMS/inventory tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data management skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Salary

• NGN500,000 – NGN800,000 plus Transport/Data Allowance plus Statutory Benefits (after confirmation)
