Job Summary

• The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company's services, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers to drive growth.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the medical/healthcare sector and a deep understanding of food analysis, water analysis, environmental analysis, tank washing, swimming pool management, customer behavior, and regulatory constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the scientific laboratory services
• Collaborate with product and business development teams to design customer-centric marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert them into active customers through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Establishing and maintaining strong connections with potential and existing clients, including healthcare providers, researchers, and other relevant stakeholders. 
• Organize promotional events, campaigns, and customer outreach programs.
• Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with relationship managers and front-line staff to align marketing with sales goals.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
• Monitor online customer engagement and campaign performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of marketing experience in the health care or laboratory analysis services.
• Experience in managing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and generating reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
