Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing and Creative Director to lead the development and execution of a bold, refined marketing strategy across a group of companies operating at the intersection of clinical aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, and luxury living.
This role demands a seasoned marketing leader with a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle branding, capable of translating premium medical and wellness services into aspirational yet credible consumer experiences.
You will define and drive the brand voice, visual identity, and omnichannel strategy to attract and retain a discerning clientele ranging from upwardly mobile professionals to health and beauty-conscious high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in experience-centric industries such as luxury hospitality, high-end wellness, or premium consumer healthcare.
You will be responsible for shaping perception, driving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across subsidiaries, campaigns, platforms, and touchpoints, creating a cohesive ecosystem that reflects elegance, results, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies that reflect the company’s premium identity and resonate with its upscale market
Design and execute creative, integrated campaigns across digital platforms, print, influencer networks, public relations, and branded events
Drive the brand’s digital footprint, overseeing performance marketing, social media, SEO and SEM, CRM, email marketing, and website optimization
Guide content strategy to reflect premium, value-driven storytelling that connects emotionally with target audiences
Conduct competitive analysis, trend tracking, and customer research to inform campaign strategies, product positioning, and brand innovation
Provide creative oversight for campaign visuals, tone, and copy across all touchpoints to ensure consistency with the luxury aesthetic
Work closely with executive management, sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals and service delivery timelines
Develop KPIs for marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and generate insights for continuous improvement
Stay ahead of emerging trends in luxury branding, digital marketing, healthcare consumer behavior, and high-end lifestyle media
Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation and tracking ROI
Lead, mentor, and manage internal team members, external consultants, and creative partners for effective campaign execution.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or an international marketing certification is an added advantage
Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within luxury wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium healthcare industries
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex campaigns across digital and traditional media
Proficiency in campaign performance tracking, content development, and CRM systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in luxury lifestyle marketing with a deep understanding of aspirational branding, high-touch customer engagement, and premium market positioning.
Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly.
