We are seeking a dynamic, insight-driven, creative, detail-oriented and agile Strategist and Project Execution Senior Executive to join our team and lead the development of impactful brand activation and experiential marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will bridge creativity with consumer behaviour and brand objectives to shape compelling brand experiences.
He/she will plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, on-ground events, and promotional campaigns across regions.
This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategy, cultural trends, audience insight, excellent organizational skills, vendor coordination, budget handling, on-ground consumer engagement and a strong passion for delivering seamless brand experiences.
Translate client briefs into compelling activation strategies and experience journeys.
Develop strategic frameworks and campaign narratives for on-ground, hybrid, and digital experiences.
Identify consumer insights, market trends, and behavioural triggers that drive engagement.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure ideas are strategically sound and rooted in insights.
Research & Insight Generation:
Conduct primary and secondary research to support campaign ideation and decision-making.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and cultural shifts relevant to client categories.
Develop personas, journey maps, and insight decks that inform execution.
Project Management & Execution:
Manage end-to-end execution of brand activations, promotional events, roadshows, and experiential campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy) to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of all event elements – logistics, production, staffing, and permissions.
Client & Internal Coordination:
Present strategies and insights to clients with clarity and confidence.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the execution phase.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding project progress, changes, and outcomes.
Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.
Collaborate with client servicing, design, production, and digital teams to ensure strategy flows through to execution.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors and on-ground partners.
Negotiate costs, manage deliverables, and ensure vendor alignment with project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety and brand guidelines.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls.
Prepare post-event reports, including expense tracking, feedback, and performance analytics.
On-Ground Supervision:
Supervise the set-up, execution, and dismantling of events across different locations.
Manage field teams, promoters, and support staff to ensure quality execution.
Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth operations.
Participation in Industry Recognition:
Identify award-worthy campaigns and contribute to crafting award entries.
Support documentation and articulation of strategic thinking in case studies for award submissions.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure strategic rigor in entries for industry awards.
Billings & Margin (Co-lead team to meet profitability goals in line with the annual business plan by delivering 30%-50% margin outside of agency fees)
Drive strategic initiatives that directly contribute to achieving individual and team billing targets.
Ensure all strategic outputs are developed with a strong understanding of scope, budget, and profitability.
Collaborate with the finance team to align project strategy with commercial objectives.
Proactively recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising the strategic or creative integrity of the campaign.
Take ownership of contributing to and maintaining a minimum gross margin of 50% across assigned projects.
Monitor and evaluate strategic inputs vs. project outputs to maintain profitability and value delivery.
Balance long-term brand thinking with short-term business impact to justify investment in experiential campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in a strategy and execution role within an experiential marketing, advertising or brand consultancy environment/agency setting.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology, cultural trends, and brand positioning.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools and consumer research platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work on the ground as needed.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
Excellent storytelling, interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
Experience working on high-impact brand activations, events, or integrated campaigns.
Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative intuition.
