Job Title: Digital Sales Manager

Job Summary
As the Digital Sales Manager for one of our Product Pay4Power, you will lead the company’s digital sales strategy and execution to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
You will oversee the development and management of online sales channels, digital campaigns, and partnerships that grow Pay4Power's customer base.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fintech sales, digital marketing, data-driven growth, and customer lifecycle management.
You will play a key role in positioning Pay4Poweras the go-to platform for seamless power payments while ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy to grow Pay4Power’s user base and transaction volumes.
Define and track sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Leverage digital tools, platforms, and data analytics to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
Manage end-to-end online sales funnels from awareness to conversion and retention.
Business Development & Partnerships:
Identify, build, and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as energy distribution companies, payment aggregators, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and payment experiences.
Explore and execute affiliate and referral programs to increase market penetration.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and paid ads, to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and campaigns targeted at key customer segments.
Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and sales conversion rates.
Customer Experience & Retention:
Ensure that digital sales channels deliver a frictionless, responsive, and value-driven customer experience.
Work with the customer experience team to gather feedback and enhance user satisfaction.
Develop retention and upselling strategies to increase the lifetime value of customers.
Team Leadership & Reporting:
Lead and mentor a team of digital sales associates and analysts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for leadership, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the digital payments and power sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
5+ years of experience in digital sales or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, or power/energy sector.
Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets through digital channels.
Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, performance marketing, and data analytics tools.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the Nigerian power value chain and regulatory landscape is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
