Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and driving the overall sales and marketing strategy to grow the client base, strengthen brand presence, and increase revenue for the company.
• This individual plays a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging clients, and positioning our services as secure, scalable, and reliable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct consultative selling by uncovering pain points, plans, frameworks to build compelling use cases.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with business goals.
• Qualify leads through workshops, discovery meetings, and deep questioning to progress the sales cycle quickly.
• Deliver product/service pitches, presentations and live demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design and deliver value-driven technical solutions, while coordinating the preparation and submission or proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM and ERP tools.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and product gaps to internal teams.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
• Coordinate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and other promotional assets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing efforts including LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and webinars.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, evaluate ROI, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Support the coordination and execution of product webinars, client workshops, and co-branded events in partnership with OEMs.
• Work with the digital marketing team to create high-impact sales enablement materials such as case studies, product sheets, and proposal templates.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Ensure strategic alignment between the digital marketing team’s initiatives and the organizations overall business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate product webinars, workshops, and client events in partnership with OEMs
• Ensure alignment between the digital marketing team and the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, with a hunter mindset and collaborative approach.
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Understanding of the tech industry.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, or email marketing tools.

Salary
N350,000 - N600,000 monthly.
