The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and driving the overall sales and marketing strategy to grow the client base, strengthen brand presence, and increase revenue for the company.
This individual plays a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging clients, and positioning our services as secure, scalable, and reliable IT solutions.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct consultative selling by uncovering pain points, plans, frameworks to build compelling use cases.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with business goals.
Qualify leads through workshops, discovery meetings, and deep questioning to progress the sales cycle quickly.
Deliver product/service pitches, presentations and live demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design and deliver value-driven technical solutions, while coordinating the preparation and submission or proposals and commercial offers.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM and ERP tools.
Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and product gaps to internal teams.
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
Coordinate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and other promotional assets.
Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing efforts including LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and webinars.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, evaluate ROI, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Support the coordination and execution of product webinars, client workshops, and co-branded events in partnership with OEMs.
Work with the digital marketing team to create high-impact sales enablement materials such as case studies, product sheets, and proposal templates.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Ensure strategic alignment between the digital marketing team’s initiatives and the organizations overall business objectives.
Plan and coordinate product webinars, workshops, and client events in partnership with OEMs
Ensure alignment between the digital marketing team and the company’s goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-driven, with a hunter mindset and collaborative approach.
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Experience in B2B sales.
Understanding of the tech industry.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, or email marketing tools.
Salary
N350,000 - N600,000 monthly.
